COURSES TOKEN KAI TORONTO (Established under Letter Patent July 26, 1993) Token Kai
Toronto is a special study group composed of students anticipating
taking the Novice Course. Those students now taking the
courses, graduates of the courses - All members of the JSSC are also
welcome to our meetings, located in Barrie, ON. For more

The various traditions, schools and periods of the Koto Era and, in many cases, the families that made them. Upon completion of the course, the student will receive a certificate of competence. Prerequisite: JSSC membership Cost: $195.00 US (materials, shipping and handling
included) ADVANCED COURSE
This course deals with the period 1697 to 1868 covering all the major important schools of both the Shinto and Shin-Shinto periods, the representative smiths of each school and their styles, individual workmanships. Fully rounding out the students needed Kantei knowledge. Prerequisite: JSSC membership Novice Course Certificate, plus fee covering test papers and certificates. Cost: $250.00 US Additional research books not covered.
