(Nihonto Token Hozon Kaj)

This Society is based in Japan and is dedicated to the

preservation of Japanese Samurai Swords.  They produce

a bi-monthly journal with English translations that is an

important source of information to collectors.  NTHK also

conducts Shinsas in other parts of the world.  Fred Fimio,

president of JSSC, has had the honour of being appointed

Director and the Canadian Representative.

NBTHK

(Nippon Bijutsu Token Hozon Kyokai)

This important organization in Japan produces a quarterly

affiliated with the Tokyo Sword museum where some of the

most important and prestigious swords in the world are on

display.

For more information regarding either of these organizations,

please contact Fred Fimio at cansamurai@sympatico.ca.
